Do you offer a minimum speed guarantee?

We don't subscribe to Ofcom's minimum speed guarantee framework because in reality the minimum guaranteed speeds are a fraction of the headline rates offered.

However, what we do say is that if you are receiving less than 50% of your headline rate on a wired connection capable of 1Gbps or above and we can't fix it within 30 days then you are free to cancel your agreement with us, without penalty subject to settling all outstanding amounts and returning your equipment in it's original packaging and in good condition.
